Cancellation Policy
All job clients can cancel one hour prior to pickup time for a $10.00 processing fee; otherwise, the entire cost of the trip will be charged. Clients who book an SUV or Van can cancel up to 48 hours before the pickup time for a $20.00 processing fee.
